Getting Started:

• It's easy! You can start browsing the selection of ICA uniforms straight away simply by selecting a category from the menu at the left side of the page!
• Your order will be ready for collection from your college Uniform Shop from Tuesday of the following week when you placed your order. 
• Orders close 5pm each Wednesday for delivery to your college the following Tuesday.
• You will not be prompted to provide your account login details & other information until you are ready to place your first order. 
• If you would like to place an order now please see 'How to place an order' below. 

Login & Passwords:

• To enable you to complete your first order you will be prompted to register your details.  This is mandatory - the order cannot be completed without these details.  You will then receive an automated email detailing the user name & password you have nominated.  Please store this in a safe place for future reference.
• To make it easy to remember, your User Name can be your email address in full.
• Your password must be at least 7 characters in length and can include letters and/or numbers.

• If you forget your password click here and an automated email will be sent to notify you of your password. 

• Once registered, simply login using your user name and password. You can then review past orders by selecting the "My Account" tab.

How to place an order:

• Select a category from the menu at the left of the page to order from the range of ICA items available.
• Click on the image or name of the item you wish to order.  
• Select the size and quantity required then click the green cart icon.
• If MORE THAN ONE SIZE is required you will need to enter each size separately clicking on the green cart icon after each size selection.
• To view what you have ordered at any time simply click on the "Cart Content" Drop Down Menu at the top of the page. 
• Once you have selected an item and added it to your cart, the green cart icon will appear on the top right hand corner of the page. You can click on this at any time to view full details of your order or make any changes. If you make a change here please be sure to click "Update Cart" to save your changes.  
• The "Final Checkout" will require you to complete your personal details before proceeding.  This will only be required on your first order. 
• On completion of your payment details you will receive an order confirmation number emailed to your nominated email address showing details of your order. 
• Deliveries can only be made to your ICA college.
• Orders are shipped to your college once per week.
• Urgent orders can be shipped overnight to your college for an additional charge.  

Size Selection: 

• All size charts show garment measurements not body measurements.  Please measure a garment that fits you well by lying it flat on a table & measuring (cm) from armpit to armpit (sideseam to sideseam across the chest).  Also measure the length at the longest point of the garment. Match these measurements as closely as possible to the size chart to select the size that fits you best.
• Please note that sizing varies from garment to garment.  You may not be the same size in one garment as you are in another. 

Payment Information: 

• If paying by EFT please fax your payment confirmation to (07) 3808 1958 or email to ica@corporateimagemarketing.net. The goods will not be dispatched until the payment confirmation has been received. 
• Please note that your credit card will not be charged until day of dispatch.
