Returns & Exchanges

 If you are not completely satisfied with your Uniform purchase, ICA will do everything it can to provide you with assistance.   A refund, exchange or repair option may be offered.

So that ICA may assist you better, please follow the procedure outlined below. 

1.     If you are dissatisfied with your Uniform purchase, CIM should be notified by email. Please send an email to ica@corporateimagemarketing.net 

In the email, please include:

a.      the Order I.D.Number of your purchase;

b.     the reason for your dissatisfaction; and

c.      a photo of the problem.

This will save unnecessary postage costs.

Please do not telephone the offices of CIM as the Customer Service Department cannot advise you of any course of action until the Technical Department have evaluated the problem.

2.     A CIM representative will contact you within 2 working days and advise whether the goods should be returned for exchange or refund or credit.

 

3.     The CIM warehouse will seek advice from the manufacturer as to the appropriate course of action to be taken - i.e. refund, exchange , or repair. 

4.     If goods are to be returned or exchanged, goods must be returned to the CIM warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

 

5.     All goods returned for exchange of size must be in their original state and must not have not been worn or laundered.  All identifying labels and price tags must be in place, and the goods must be in original condition. 

 Instructions for Return

To exchange an item, please download and complete the Exchange Request Form (requires Adobe Reader. Click here to download). 

Please include both the Exchange Request Form and your original invoice when submitting your item (s) for return.  Please note, items not accompanied by the Exchange Request Form and your original invoice will not be accepted.

Should it be agreed that a refund is to be given, the refund will be credited to your nominated bank account  upon receipt of the returned item(s) in good condition,  Please provide your bank details including BSB and Account details. Refunds cannot be made  to credit cards.

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to process your return/exchange request.  The new item(s) will be shipped to your ICA College in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard delivery schedule.
